Job Description

You are required to serve as a Legal Documentation Executive based in Raipur, CG. As a suitable candidate, you should be a graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in RERA Documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain all company documentation ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility. You will be in charge of controlling document distribution, maintaining confidentiality, and implementing documentation policies and procedures. Your duties will involve reviewing and updating technical documents, assisting various departments with document control support, labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use, and outlining a long-term storage strategy. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain consistency in documentation practices throughout the company, conduct employee training on efficient documentation usage, and support internal and external audits. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of 25000/- to 30000/- with additional benefits such as Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts and the preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English is preferred along with a work experience of 3 years in RERA Documentation and documentation review. The job location is Raipur, Chhattisgarh and the work is to be done in person.,
