Legal & Compliance Executive (UK Commercial and Tax Law Support) Key Responsibilities: ● Draft and interpret UK-based contracts and legal documents. ● Provide legal guidance on GDPR, HMRC compliance, and regulatory obligations. ● Assist in client-side legal matters including tribunal documentation support. ● Conduct legal research and manage internal policy compliance in line with UK laws. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● LLB or LLM with commercial/tax law specialisation. ● Minimum 7 years’ legal experience, ideally in UK-facing roles. ● Strong drafting skills and familiarity with UK Companies Act and GDPR. ● Excellent English language proficiency for communication and advisory roles. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
