Mace Corporate Associates is a law firm based in New Delhi, specialising in Pharmaceutical laws, Drug Price Control Laws, Food Law, and IPR litigation. Our firm has ongoing cases in various High Courts.
Our firm is looking for practicing advocates with a minimum job experience of 2 to 3 years essential.
Essential Requirements:
Adept at handling filing process across various high courts across India and lowers courts in Delhi
Good grasp of CPC, BNSS, and BSA
Skilled in preparing and filing petitions, applications, and responses across various courts in Delhi
Good grasp on drafting and pleading
Familiar with complaint filing under BNSS
Familiar with Interrogatories under order 11 of CPC
Various applications under Order 39 of CPC
Has overall experience with making appearances in High and District Courts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
