(mandatory); LL.M. preferred. 25 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors . Strong knowledge of property law, RERA, contract law, and corporate compliance. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
