Legal Associate - E - Discovery

Job Description

• 1. Document Collection: Assist in the identification, collection, and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) and physical documents relevant to litigation matters.
• 2. Document Review and Analysis: Conduct document review and analysis using eDiscovery platforms to identify responsive documents, privileged materials, and key evidence for litigation strategy development.
• 3. Data Processing and Management: Manage the processing, indexing, and organization of large volumes of electronic data and documents, including data deduplication and file format conversion.
• 4. Quality Control and Assurance: Perform quality control checks on reviewed documents to ensure accuracy and consistency in coding and tagging, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• 5. Document Production and Disclosure: Assist in the preparation and production of documents for discovery requests, including drafting privilege logs and redacting sensitive information.
• 6. Technology Utilization and Innovation: Stay current with eDiscovery technologies and contribute to the implementation of process improvements and workflow enhancements.

Desired Candidate Requirement

• 1. Should have 3 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support.
• 2. Qualification required- LLB.
• 3. Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity)
• 4. Strong understanding of litigation processes and discovery procedures
• 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Yearly bonus
