Legal Assistant

• Coordination and collating of documents from various departments for getting the issuance of legal Notices, Corporate Notices to Disbanded Clients etc.
• Preliminary review and drafting of Agreements, documents, letters etc.
• Assisting in maintaining and updating the legal cases MIS.
• Sending reminders for Agreements with new clients and renewal of expired agreements.
• Preliminary reviewing Petitions, collating documents and sharing with Lawyers.
• Preparation and maintaining of various reports as per requirements of the Management.
• Handle communication and coordinate with all the stakeholders etc.
• Knowledge of online court filing systems and searching of cases.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Working experience of 2to 6 years as Legal Assistant with law firm
• Decent familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Research
• Proficiency in English with Drafting skills
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
• LLB from the reputed institute + CS (would be given an additional preference)
