Job Descriptions: -

  • Manage RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registration, updates, and associated paperwork.
  • Drafting and vetting of documents related to RERA, agreements and other real estate documents.
  • Coordinate with government offices to register documents and ensure compliance.
  • Organize and maintain all project files, including agreements, plans, and approvals.
  • Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates.
  • Managing litigation by coordination and follow ups and support
  • Keep case management systems updated with accurate information.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting all kinds of legal documents, organizing case files.
  • Acting as a point of contact and coordinating communication between the company, external lawyers, clients and government/municipal authorities (e.g., for document verification or submission).
