*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Legal Advisor* with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in handling property-related legal matters.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Review and draft real estate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Provide legal advice on property transactions, land acquisitions, and lease agreements.

- Handle legal disputes, property litigations, and contract negotiations.

- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for legal matters.

- Conduct due diligence on property documents and ownership records.

- Keep updated on real estate laws and industry legal trends.

*Requirements:*

- *Minimum 2 years of experience* as a Legal Advisor in the real estate sector.

- Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition regulations, and contract management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters efficiently.

*Preferred Skills:*

- Experience in handling RERA compliance.

- Knowledge of corporate and commercial law related to real estate.
