*Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Real Estate*
*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a detail-oriented *Accounts Assistant* with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and compliance with industry standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and vendor payments.
*Requirements:*
- *Minimum 2 years of experience* in accounting, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience with GST, TDS, and real estate financial transactions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for real estate accounting.
