As the Anchor for PAN India Trade Distributor Claims Management, you will be the main point of contact from the Finance team for the Trade department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team that handles Trade Terms (TT) claims, ensuring a strong monitoring and control of PAN India claims flow by Region. It will be essential to guarantee a smooth FnF (Full and Final) settlement and replacement of Distributors with no outstanding or pending claims. You will also collaborate with stakeholders from various departments such as Trade, Commercial Excellence, Legal, and OEC to facilitate policy closures and interpretations. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating MIS reports to track and analyze the claims process effectively. You will also be responsible for verifying and processing Distributor Bonus (DB) claims for specific Regions within a TAT (Turnaround Time) of 15 working days for clear claims. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with CFM0060 and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a Claims Tracker and providing timely MIS reports. Managing Non-Delivery Certificates (NDCs) and Balance Confirmations will be another key aspect of your role. You will be required to collect and track NDCs and balance confirmations periodically to ensure accurate financial records. Maintaining ledger hygiene through regular reviews and controls will be part of your responsibilities. You will liaise with the Business Supply Chain and CFS (Container Freight Station) to ensure proper ledger maintenance and validate the ledgers accurately to disseminate correct information to field colleagues through One Click platform. In terms of collections analysis and follow-up, you will review open items and invoices from the ledgers, following up for open invoices with the Trade team and relevant stakeholders. Attending to and updating Audit requirements on a regular basis will also be part of your duties to ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards. Additionally, you will be involved in handling other deliverables, projects, and MIS reports based on dynamic requirements that may arise. Minimum Qualifications: - Post-Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or MBA Minimum Work Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably 5-7 years - Thorough knowledge of Distributor claims process - Strong stakeholder management experience and expertise - Understanding of business drivers and their impact on company policies - Knowledge in Core Accounting - Collaboration with other functions to maintain processes and controls - Strong analytical skills and high integrity,
