The ideal candidate will possess an MBBS degree along with a postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB) in General Pathology. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting academic and clinical research, and contributing to institutional development through service and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality instruction in General Pathology to BDS and MDS students Design and implement effective teaching strategies, practical demonstrations, and assessments. Guide student research, thesis work, and clinical case discussions. Participate in curriculum development and academic planning. Conduct and publish original research in pathology and related areas. Support and participate in departmental academic, administrative, and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with hospital pathology labs and contribute to diagnostic and clinical services as needed. Qualifications: Essential: MBBS from a recognized university/institution. MD (Pathology) or DNB (Pathology) from a recognized institution, approved by NMC/MCI. Desirable: Teaching experience in a medical college/Dental College. Published research in indexed journals. Participation in workshops, CME, and academic seminars. Skills & Competencies: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of General Pathology. Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and mentor students effectively. Research-oriented mindset with experience in academic writing and publication.
