Lecturer - MERN Stack

As a MERN Stack Faculty, your role involves training and mentoring students/professionals in full-stack web development. You will utilize your strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to deliver engaging training sessions, guide projects, and prepare learners to meet industry requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom and online training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Design, develop, and update curriculum, training material, and assignments to meet industry standards. - Mentor students in coding practices, project development, and problem-solving. - Assess learner progress through evaluations, assignments, and project reviews. - Provide guidance on best practices in software development, version control (Git), and deployment. - Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and incorporate them into the training content. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field. - Proven 5+ years of experience in MERN Stack development with real-world projects. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs. - Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Prior teaching/training experience would be beneficial. In addition, it is a nice-to-have if you have: - Knowledge of additional frameworks/libraries like Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and deployment tools.,
