Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Administration/Commerce/IT or related field preferred).
  • Prior experience in school administration or documentation handling is desirable.
  • Knowledge of student records management and educational documentation processes.

Position Summary:
The Leaving Certificate & Documentation Officer is responsible for managing all activities related to issuing, maintaining, and updating student leaving certificates (LCs) and related documentation. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in handling student records and ensuring compliance with school policies and educational regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leaving Certificate Management
  • Process requests for student leaving certificates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify student records, clearances, and approvals before issuing LCs.
  • Maintain a proper record (manual and digital) of all issued leaving certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and school requirements.

Documentation & Records

  • Maintain student records systematically (admission to exit).
  • Handle transfer certificates, bonafide certificates, and related student documents.
  • Safeguard confidential information and ensure proper filing for audit/inspection.

Portal & System Management

  • Update student information on the school’s portal/ERP system.
  • Ensure leaving certificate data is properly uploaded, updated, and retrievable.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin team for troubleshooting documentation/portal issues.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with parents/guardians regarding the LC process and requirements.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Library, and other departments for student clearance before LC issuance.
  • Provide reports on student exits, transfers, and certificate issuance to management as required

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in school management portals/ERP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Organized and time-efficient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
