Leasing Executive / Property Surveyor

You are a dynamic and driven Leasing Executive / Property Surveyor responsible for sourcing commercial properties, conducting property surveys, liaising with property owners, coordinating with clients, handling negotiations, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial leasing transactions. - Understand client requirements and identify suitable commercial properties such as restaurants, cafs, bars, QSRs, etc. - Conduct physical surveys of potential sites, prepare detailed site reports, and assess property suitability. - Liaise with property owners, landlords, and brokers to gather property details. - Arrange site visits with clients, provide professional guidance during inspections, and coordinate negotiations for lease terms. - Prepare letters of intent (LOIs), term sheets, and lease documentation. - Maintain knowledge of real estate market trends, rental rates, and opportunities in major cities. - Build and manage a database of commercial properties across key cities in India. - Support clients throughout onboarding and leasing process for a smooth handover. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field. - 2+ years of real estate leasing experience, preferably in commercial or F&B leasing. - Strong understanding of commercial property markets and leasing processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage multiple projects. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and real estate listing platforms.
