Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver installations and activations for Broadband, Lease Line, PRI Line, and Postpaid services in line with monthly/quarterly targets. Business Development: Acquire new accounts (hunting) and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client base. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and activities; recommend strategic sales interventions and pricing strategies based on market trends. Funnel Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all product lines with clearly defined sales stages and revenue potential. Contract Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders/contracts to maximize customer value and company profitability. Solution Delivery: Ensure seamless delivery of Airtel solutions aligned with client expectations, supported by cross-functional coordination. Product Portfolio: Broadband Services Dedicated Lease Line PRI Lines Postpaid and Prepaid Mobile SIM Cards Skills & Competencies Required: Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities Ability to analyze market trends and competition Strong business acumen and understanding of telecom services Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
