About the Role
Project Manager / Learning Program Lead
In this role, you will:
- Lead endtoend planning and implementation of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Perform functional analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with GCC Learning Consulting and crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and make course corrections to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders.
- Leverage
GenAI tools
to analyze data, generate insights, create reports, and support informed decisionmaking. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and highperforming team environment.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance team capability.
- Evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities for future initiatives.
- Contribute to best practices, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own endtoend coordination of masterclass sessions, including planning, nominations, SME interaction, feedback collation, and completion communications.
- Support adhoc reporting requirements based on stakeholder discussions and program traction.
- Work effectively across overlapping time zones, coordinating regularly with onshore counterpart teams.
- Demonstrate openness to learning new tools, platforms, and skills to improve execution efficiency.

What you must have to be considered
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management, learning programs, or related roles.
MBA in HR
(mandatory).- Strong experience in planning, executing, and tracking projects end to end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across global teams.
- Comfort working in structured and fastpaced environments.
- An outgoing,
extroverted personality

These will help you succeed
- Prior experience in
Learning & Development (L&D)
or capability development programs. - Exposure to GenAI tools or datadriven reporting.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and clientfacing teams.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Willingness to adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines.
Work Model
hybrid role requiring 4 days a week working from the Cognizant office at GAR Kokapet, Hyderabad
