What would you do As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand learning goals and gather relevant content. Your role will involve transforming this content into engaging, easy-to-follow online learning experiences using tools like Articulate Rise. Youll be responsible for organizing information clearly and logically, ensuring that learners can absorb and apply the material effectively.You will design interactive e-learning modules that include visuals, quizzes, and activities to enhance learner engagement. Youll also write clear, concise instructional text and ensure that the tone and language are appropriate for the target audience. Regular feedback from team members and learners will help you refine and improve your courses.In addition to creating new content, youll help maintain and update existing learning materials. This includes reviewing courses for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, and making updates as needed to keep content fresh and relevant.
