We're looking for an enthusiastic Learning Developer to join the Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) team under Workplace Health and Safety. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, eLearning, and classroom training development. They are comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment, are creative, and an analytic problem solver with a passion for helping people learn. They are skilled at finding simple ways to convey complex ideas. You must also be an effective communicator and efficient program manager with the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and coordinate work across teams.

They are a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for helping people learn.You have some or all of the following:
- A minimum of a BS/BA degree + 2 years of experience in any of the following disciplines: Education Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Visual Communications, or equivalent studies is required.
- Experience using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-national organization, and producing content in multiple languages.
- Experience using video editing and audio editing- Experience maintaining courses within a Learning Management System.- Proficiency in the following instructional design methodologies: ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) Model, SAM (Successive Approximation Model) Model, and Performance Support.- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to identify clear performance objectives and create design documents.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
