Business Area Cloud Software and Services (BCSS) consists of around 34,000 employees that are operating in many countries supporting our global customers across 180 geographies. What you will do Strongly partner with your business leader and competence driver to build the strategic learning plan for upskill/reskill to fulfill business strategy aligned with OKRs. Partner with your stakeholders to drive a learning culture within the unit. Roll out global programs within your unit and monitor progress and feedback. Understand competence gaps and be active in the curation, design, development of content and assessments. Implement scalable, cost optimized learning solutions. Collaborate with external training partners, Learning Services team, and internal SMEs to roll out learning solutions. You will bring. 5-10 yrs years of overall work experience with demonstrable track record in Learning field. Education: Bachelor s degree in a Business/Technology field. A degree/qualification in HR/learning related field is desirable. Experience and a strong interest in the field of LD is required. Ability to conceptualize a new initiative/change and drive the needed to completion.
