Learning And Development - HR Intern

The role of Learning and Development Intern in the Human Resources department based in Noida involves working on enhancing the learning experience within the organization. As an intern, your primary responsibilities will include managing and updating the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting digital learning initiatives, creating engaging training content using Canva, coordinating employee training programs, and collecting feedback to improve learning outcomes. To excel in this role, you should have a creative mindset, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Prior work experience in HR or L&D roles, familiarity with Learning Management Systems, and basic knowledge of Canva for content creation are essential requirements. A graduation in Psychology, HR, Education, or a related field is necessary, while pursuing or completing post-graduation in HR/OD/Instructional Design is desirable. The internship offers a stipend of INR 8000 for a duration of 3 months.
