Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Manager Learning and Development located in Tarapur. The Sr Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs for employees, assessing training needs, designing curriculum, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. They will also collaborate with departments to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and objectives. Ideal candidate would be a male/female with more than 10 years of exposure to Manufacturing Industry (Preferred from Steel Manufacturing). Preferred candidate profile Experience in developing and implementing learning and development programs Strong knowledge of training needs assessment and curriculum design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a plus Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
