Learning and Development Associate

As a Content Creation Support, your role will involve assisting in developing learning materials, presentations, and reports to ensure they align with learning objectives and industry standards. Additionally, you will conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and best practices in learning and development, as well as gather and organize data on potential trainers, subject matter experts, and industry influencers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing learning materials, presentations, and reports - Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and industry standards - Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and best practices - Gather and organize data on potential trainers, subject matter experts, and industry influencers - Research and identify suitable content creators, facilitators, and trainers based on project requirements - Maintain a database of potential trainers and creators - Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and workshops with trainers and other stakeholders - Manage calendars and send reminders for key events and deadlines - Serve as a point of contact for external trainers, content creators, and partners - Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to training programs, content, and trainer interactions - Prepare reports and summaries as needed Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to conduct research and gather relevant data - Proficiency in documentation and reporting - Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
