As the Director of Technical Program Management, you will lead the overall coordination, status reporting, schedules, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved within the agreed-upon time, scope, and resource requirements. You will be tasked with developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes within budget constraints. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to coach and develop junior employees within your discipline. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules while ensuring methodology compliance. Your role will also involve identifying complex resolutions and helping develop solutions to intricate problems. Regular communication with management regarding the status of specific project deliverables and interaction with clients to set and manage expectations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide consultation on new products, processes, standards, or plans in support of the business. You will play a crucial role in directing and optimizing the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools like the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators. Establishing and communicating annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) will be part of your duties, along with facilitating PI Planning readiness by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs. Summarizing Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publishing them for visibility and transparency will be essential. You will also assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities and facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level. Your role will involve assisting with economic decision-making, facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams, and coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Additionally, you will help identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments, and provide input on resourcing critical bottlenecks. Encouraging collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering, working with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment, and improving the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps will be part of your responsibilities. Driving Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycles, facilitating System Demos, and promoting relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops to assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train will also be key aspects of your role.,

As a Senior Agilist at GlobalLogic, you will serve as an agile leader for the organization, defining best practices for agile methodologies at the product/team level, and coaching Agilists across teams. You will be responsible for confirming that product level visioning and planning activities are rooted in agile principles, enabling the organization to consistently experiment and evolve business strategy to achieve product objectives. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating product level agile events, workshops, and coaching sessions, documenting agile methodologies, templates, and outputs at the product level, and providing product delivery metrics & health reports. You will also be involved in the start-up or transformation of a Large Product (team of teams), integrating the delivery of several Agile Teams and leading Product-level aspects of the wider transformation and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have operational knowledge of large Agile programs (5+ Agile Teams) and specific methods such as SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus, etc. You should be proficient in running program-level operations, facilitating value stream mapping and management, and driving continuous improvement across teams. Additionally, you should possess master level Agile Team Coach, Scrum Master, and Kanban facilitation skills. As part of your responsibilities, you will lead the transformation and execution of a Product (team of teams), be a member of the Product Leadership Team (PLT), and apply standards set for products while identifying change opportunities. You will collaborate with Portfolio Leadership, coach team-level Agilists and Product Managers, and lead Agile Teams within the Product for successful delivery and coordination. Your role will involve owning agile practices of the product, enabling consistent experimentation and evolution of strategy based on outcomes and feedback loops, and providing regular communication to product stakeholders for transparency and awareness of outcomes and impediments. Additionally, you will work on product design and development, managing risks and dependencies within the Product and across other Products to improve delivery and execution.
