Are you passionate about esports and love running smooth, competitive tournaments? Square Productions is looking for a Freelance League Operations Coordinator to help us deliver top-tier events across leading esports titles like BGMI.
What You'll Do:
-Manage match schedules, formats, and rules
-Coordinate lobbies, score submissions, and player communication
-Handle live operations and resolve disputes
-Work with our broadcast and production teams
-Ensure fair play and tournament integrity
What We're Looking For:
-Experience in esports tournament or league operations
-Strong communication & organizational skills
-Knowledge of platforms like FACEIT, or Discord bots
-Familiarity with competitive formats and major game titles.
