As a member of the Data & Analytics (D&A) team at Accordion, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge, intelligent solutions to a global clientele. Your responsibilities will include identifying training needs by analyzing performance data, conducting surveys, and consulting with department heads and managers. You will also be tasked with managing training logistics, measuring training effectiveness, and providing support to the learning and development team by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will need to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to make recommendations for improving the organization's training initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing learning and development technology, such as learning management systems, online training platforms, and e-learning tools. You will also own the performance management cycle end-to-end and partner with global business leaders and US HR leadership to drive strategic L&D initiatives within the company. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at working with a variety of stakeholders, have strong project management abilities, and be able to think creatively to develop effective training programs. Ideally, you should have a postgraduate degree in Business or Human Resources, along with at least 7 years of experience in a L&D Operations role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various Learning Management Systems is essential, as is past leadership experience in managing L&D teams or initiatives.
