Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintains both a Functional and Regional responsibility for Talent and Leadership Development.
  • Responsible for consulting and supporting the identification of the companys talent development and learning needs ensuring consistency with core competencies, business strategy and goals.
  • Manages follow-up studies metrics on all completed development programs to evaluate and measure results to draw reports for senior HR management and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic advisor in the development and documentation of leadership development, talent management, succession planning career pathing for key positions within the business/region/function.
  • Consult on any HR Organizational Transformation strategies to design new and innovative HR operating models and defined ways of working
  • Drive change, and fosters engagement through consultation with business leaders, and partnership with Human Resources, Recruiting, DEI, and Employee Engagement to create and deliver appropriate interventions and education to the organization.
  • Coach and advises leaders, supporting multiple functions/departments to create a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Manage the assessments and tools used to coach clients including the 360 evaluation and other assessment resources.
  • Oversee the Functional/Regional management, administration, and advancement of all educational technology systems and tools used for skill and capability development as well as measuring, tracking, and reporting of learning.
  • Ensure full capability and compatibility of all new and existing learning and knowledge sharing systems, tools, and integrations, including cloud-based/mobile environments.

Education

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience (Required)
  • Relevant masters degree or the equivalent experience (Preferred)

Experience

  • 8 or more years of experience in client consulting and collaborating within HR functions and other business partners. (Required)
  • 3 or more years of vendor relationship management, contract review, and negotiation. (Required)
  • 3 or more years of Facilitation experience facilitating leadership and professional development training programs.
  • Experience as a change agent, driving an organization to a measurable set of strategies and goals.
  • Experience with enterprise technology solutions and enterprise software
  • Demonstrated modern experience/approach to building Leadership Development Programs (including instruction design experience)
  • Experience with learning management and learning experience systems.
  • Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Demonstrated modern and global approach to Leadership Development consultation, coaching, advisement, methods & processes (assess, design, develop, delivery, evaluation).

Certifications

  • Executive Coaching Certification or currently working toward attainment of Executive Coaching Certification (Preferred)
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification (Preferred)
  • 360 Coaching Certification (Preferred)
