Job Description

As an experienced ETL & DWH Engineer/Data Analyst with over 8 years of expertise in data integration, warehousing, and analytics, your role is crucial in leading complex data engineering projects from design to deployment. Your deep technical knowledge in ETL tools, data modeling, and leadership abilities will be instrumental in ensuring project success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience (4+ years) with ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, DataStage, or Talend. - Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL. - Strong understanding of Data Mart/EDW methodologies. - Designing star schemas, snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables. - Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery. - Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI. - Proficiency in scripting and programming using Python. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Leading recruitment, estimation, and project execution. - Exposure to Sales and Marketing data domains. - Working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. - Translating complex data problems into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and client management skills. - Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and problem-solving mindset. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in ETL, data warehousing, and analytics. - Strong expertise in ETL tools, data modeling, and database management. - Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data engineering projects. - Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, ETL tools) is a plus. The company values your ability to deliver high-level and low-level design documents for middleware and ETL architecture, review data integration components, ensure delivery quality and timeliness, provide technical guidance to junior team members, drive QA processes, lead issue escalation, and support planning and resourcing across data engineering efforts.
