You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Automation Knowledge Specialist with expertise in Selenium and JAVA. In this role, you will be responsible for creating test strategies, schedules, and test automation frameworks. You will lead initiatives within the ITO space, manage test environments, and drive test automation within the team. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with QA review audits, and implementing standard test reporting. As an Automation Knowledge Specialist, you will be expected to take a proactive approach to save effort and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for delivering projects within cost, schedule, and quality, while also ensuring regression packs are executed for any changes to the system. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with other test managers to ensure all testing is completed before Go Live. You will play a key role in ensuring risks and issues are captured for all projects and mitigated in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include implementing testing accountability and processes consistently across all engagements, as well as complying with QA review audits for all BC4/5 applications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating testing activities, communicating test status to stakeholders, and resolving challenges during testing. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, risk assessment and risk management knowledge, and the ability to provide tough feedback. You should be knowledgeable in SQL queries, stored procedures, and job creations, as well as have experience in Control M execution job management. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding the team, maintaining the right resource mix, and fostering an open culture within the team.
