Progress Tracking: Track delivery progress at the product engineering team level, with clear line of sight on program scope delivery in ALM. Capacity Management: Capture, assess, and track engineering team capacity. Agile Leadership: Lead iteration planning, facilitate the process with features and story sizing, and serve as a subject matter expert to align the team on Agile/Scrum practices. Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives, gather input, and drive team collaboration and continuous improvement. Dependency Management: Actively coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies within the Builders Enablement Program (BEP) internal teams and external to BEP with other Mastercard teams, stakeholders, and Engineering leadership. Risk & Issue Resolution: Actively track and mitigate risks and issues through to resolution. Reporting: Produce bi-weekly status reports, encompassing both strategic initiatives and Business As Usual (BAU) scope of work. Autonomous Execution: Work with ambiguity and limited guidance, demonstrating the ability to initiate projects and drive them forward. All About You Experience: Greater than 7 years of experience managing multi-stakeholder programs in a global organization or equivalent type organization. Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy. Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Data-Driven: Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
