Lead Supply Chain Efficiency and Continuous Improvement

Role Overview: You will be the Lead for Supply Chain Efficiency & Continuous Improvement projects within the CSM Agchem division located in Vadodara. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for analyzing Supply Chain operations, monitoring key performance deliverables, and identifying areas for improvement in various sub-verticals. Your role will involve coordinating functional skills and competency building programs for Supply Chain team members through knowledge sharing sessions. Additionally, you will measure overall productivity of Supply Chain teams, propose opportunities for productivity improvements, and implement various IT automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Business intelligence tools for monitoring Supply Chain performance - Drive automation initiatives related to Supply Chain operations - Identify opportunities for productivity improvement within the Supply Chain team - Devise and track metrics to review the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain sub-verticals - Ensure monthly preparation of Supply Chain MIS - Track and share imported Price benchmarking data related to key raw materials - Support in building holistic mid-term to long-term Supply Chain strategy - Monitor non-moving inventory on a monthly basis and develop liquidation plan - Monitor progress of pending action items related to audits and internal reviews/meetings - Review Supply Chain SOPs and update changes as required - Organize competency upgradation programs for Supply Chain team members - Benchmark Supply Chain operations performance with other industry companies Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E. in any discipline preferably Chemical, PG MBA in Materials Management or Supply Chain - Work Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in Analytics (Supply Chain/Business) - Industry Experience: Manufacturing in CRAMS/PHARMA/AGRO/chemical industry - Functional Competencies: - Excellent Data Analysis & Interpretation Skills - Knowledge of Supply Chain Management - Knowledge of SAP - Understanding of internal and external communications Additional Details of the Company: The company values self-driven and hands-on individuals who can complete tasks independently.
