Role & responsibilities: Lead Specialist

Client and Customer Management:

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for assigned operations.
• Resolve AMC and investor queries efficiently, handling issues without escalation.
• Liaise with AMC and CAMS front offices to address and resolve customer queries and complaints, maintaining positive relationships with AMCs.

Reports and Regulatory Compliance:

• Adhere to SEBI, AMFI regulations, AMC SLAs, and other applicable business rules in daily operations.
• Follow CAMS policies, ISMS procedures, ISO standards, and data security protocols to ensure client confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, avoiding deviations.
• Assist in all AMC, SEBI, and other audits (internal and external), preparing responses to audit observations and ensuring team awareness and implementation of necessary actions.

Process Management:

• Support task completion through effective coordination with necessary departments and provision of required data.
• Ensure accurate handling of customer queries by your team.
• Continuously improve productivity through innovative and controlled processes.
• Strive for Six Sigma quality in all work aspects, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide necessary input on queries and support all correspondences with AMC and customers.
• Regularly review and enhance processes and procedures, reporting any defects or errors to maintain transaction quality within the 0.5% error limit.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and external agencies as required.
• Evaluate system setups periodically and actively participate in new project setups and quality checks.

People Management:

• Onboard new hires by providing thorough training on processes, policies, and tools, and support their development and certification.
• Monitor team workflow, ensure timely actions, and provide feedback on performance to the Unit Head.
• Motivate team members to perform at their best, addressing performance gaps and capturing feedback for performance reviews.

Role & responsibilities: Senior Executive

• Take ownership and accountability for the assigned operational tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Enhance quality in all aspects of operations to achieve Six Sigma standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Continuously seek and implement innovative processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

• Adhere to SEBI, AMFI regulations, AMC SLAs, and other applicable business rules in daily operations.
• Follow CAMS policies, ISMS procedures, ISO standards, data security policies, and various other guidelines to maintain data security and client confidentiality.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports for internal and external audits, and address any audit observations promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual agreements, avoiding any deviations.

Education: Any Degree
