Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Sourcing - Assistant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for sourcing leads, managing channel partners. The role also involves analyzing data, organizing sourcing strategies, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions in alignment with company goals.

• Strong Analytical and Research skills to assess market trends, evaluate data, and make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with Channel Partners
• Experience in Procurement and sourcing strategies
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and the ability to multitask
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
