Lead Solution Architect - Engineering & Cloud Design

As a Solution Architect, your role involves designing modern, scalable software solutions and guiding development teams in building them. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects to ensure architectural alignment and integrate with legacy systems while promoting cloud-native and scalable approaches. Your responsibilities include: - Designing modern solutions that meet business needs, technical standards, and security requirements. - Guiding development teams through coaching, pair programming, and onboarding. - Ensuring technical quality and consistency across the lifecycle of the solution. - Applying best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and system design. Your must-have skills include expertise in: - Architecture & Design, including microservices architecture, C4 modeling, and solution modeling. - Cloud & Infrastructure, with strong experience in AWS cloud-native services, architecture, and security. - Software Engineering, with hands-on coding/design experience and knowledge of TDD, BDD, and integration with legacy systems. - Security, particularly in application security and API security. - DevOps Tools like Jenkins for CI/CD, Git and Bitbucket for version control, Maven and Gradle for build tools, JUnit for testing, and SonarQube for code quality. Additionally, good-to-have skills include familiarity with UI/UX design for web and mobile, experience using prototyping and modeling tools, and coaching and mentoring agile tech teams.
