Lead Solar Panel Installer

We are looking for a Lead Solar PV Installer to oversee the mechanical and electrical installation of solar arrays. You will be responsible for leading a crew, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering top-tier system performance for our clients.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Education: Diploma in electrical , Degree in relevant area
• Certification: NABCEP PV Installation Professional (PVIP) certification is highly preferred.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Experience Required

• Field Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in solar PV installation (residential or commercial).
• Leadership: Proven experience leading a crew of 2–4 installers and managing on-site project timelines.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with string inverters, microinverters, and DC power optimizers. Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints and structural layouts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
