Lead Software Engineer (.Net Core)

You will be responsible for gaining expertise in the application, strengthening your knowledge on both the functional and technical aspects of the application. Your key responsibilities will include: * Creating and maintaining test strategy, test scenario, and test case documents. * Ensuring timely communication with customers, stakeholders, and partners. * Assessing production improvement areas such as recurrent issues. * Providing suggestions for automating repetitive and regular production activities. * Performing bug-free release validations and producing metrics, tests, and defect reports. * Ensuring there are no severe 1, severe 2, or severe 3 defects that affect the functioning of the product in production. * Ability to perform level 2/level 3 production support. * Assisting the BA in preparing the Sprint demo presentation. Profile required: * Proven experience in programming/scripting languages. * Complete understanding of front, middle, and back-end programming concepts. * Proficiency in one programming language is an added advantage. * Ability to use designing and automation tools. * Basic knowledge of CI practices. * High learning agility. * Excellent team player. * Excellent communication skills. * Demonstrated knowledge of any frameworks. * Proven development experience in Python or Java. * Strong knowledge and experience in automated testing using the Selenium framework. * Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems.
