Your work is pivotal in driving the success of our team and contributing to our mission of solving real-world problems while putting customers at the center. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify problems, propose solutions, and contribute to issue resolution beyond your area of expertise. - Use domain modeling techniques to develop top-notch business products. - Structure software for enhanced comprehension, testing, and evolution. - Design scalable solutions to prevent single points of failure, staying updated on technologies and patterns. - Develop secure code to safeguard customers and the organization from cyber threats. - Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure zero downtime for end-users during releases. - Monitor performance and employ effective strategies to identify and resolve challenges. **Qualifications Required:** - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts along with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience. - Back-end software engineering experience with a strong focus on writing unit-level tests using mocking frameworks and automating various tests. - Proficiency in JVM languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin), particularly Java 8+, and automation of deployment, releases, and testing in CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with security frameworks/standards, data streaming and messaging frameworks, distributed tracing, monitoring tools, and experience with containers. - Hands-on experience in an agile, customer-facing environment, with knowledge of distributed systems, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web technologies, and relational databases. - Experience in lending will be an advantage.
