Lead Software Engineer (Backend)

As a Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience in MongoDB and ExpressJS, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Node.js and ExpressJS. - Writing raw MongoDB queries for complex data retrieval and manipulation. - Optimizing database performance, indexing, and query execution. - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs with frontend applications. - Implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Collaborating with frontend developers and stakeholders for seamless integration. - Ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of backend systems. - Performing code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality. - Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in backend development.
