Key Responsibilities: - Work on core coding assignments along with code review. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team, ensuring high-quality code and development best practices. - Lead the design and development of complex software systems, taking ownership of both the architecture and execution. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that exceed user expectations. - Innovate and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that can handle the growing demands of our expanding user base. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/BE from a premier institute. - 6-8 years of experience with high scale tech-product companies. - Extensive hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, with a deep understanding of cross-platform development. - Experience in managing projects and making architecture decisions. - Expertise in Agile practices and familiarity with continuous integration and delivery processes. - Ability to tackle complex problems and produce high-impact, scalable solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Bonus for experience in a start-up/product-focused environment.
