Lead ServiceNow Developer

Additionally, you will be required to create and deploy automation tools/solutions for process optimization, support on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes, and ensure skill development through certifications, trainings, and knowledge enhancement activities. Your performance will be measured based on your contribution to customer projects including quality, SLA adherence, problem resolution, change request implementation, and customer satisfaction. Process optimization through automation and skill upgradation through certifications and knowledge enhancement will also be key performance parameters. The mandatory skill required for this role is ServiceNow Testing, and the ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in the field.
