Lead / Senior - UX Product Designer

As a Lead / Senior UX Product Designer at Asite, you will play a strategic role in enhancing the user experience of the B2B SaaS platform. Your responsibilities will involve owning the end-to-end UX design process for core product areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for enterprise user needs. Your vibrant personality and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solutions with strong analytical skills will be crucial in realizing opportunities for customer value. Attention to detail is highly valued within the Asite team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end UX design process for core product areas, from discovery and user research to prototyping and delivery. - Translate business requirements, user goals, and technical constraints into well-thought-out, usable design solutions. - Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, design critiques, and support for career development. - Advocate for enterprise user needs and ensure usability across varying roles, permissions, and workflows common in B2B SaaS. - Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape roadmaps and prioritize features with a user-centered approach. - Contribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform. - Have a proactive role in continually improving the process. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong track record in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments. - Experience designing for complex, multi-user workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces. - Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping techniques. - Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. - Experience guiding product discovery efforts and turning insights into actionable design outcomes. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent teamwork skills especially with a can-do attitude.
