Lead SDET Functional QA

As a Lead SDET Functional QA at AFour Technologies, a part of ACL Digital Company, you will play a crucial role in designing and building innovative products, content, commerce-driven platforms, and digital experiences through a design-led Digital Transformation framework. Your expertise will contribute towards the growth journey of our clients by integrating strategic design, engineering, and industry capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand business/technical requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test cases. - Execute functional, regression, and integration tests with precision and quality. - Log high-quality, reproducible defects with clear documentation and analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. - Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and status reporting. - Identify and suggest improvements in testing processes and tools. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java for functional and regression testing. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for continuous feedback and faster releases. - Perform performance testing using NeoLoad, analyze results, and provide actionable insights. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA testing, focusing on web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database testing. - Experience with Selenium, Java, and Jenkins for automation testing of web-based applications. - Strong understanding of performance testing tools using NeoLoad. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. - Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
