Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Driving learning initiatives and execution of campaign across key features and process changes 2. Drive training and communication for new users onboarding, improve users adoption 3. Help drive improvement in CRM data, CSG satisfaction score and pipeline indicators 4. Conducting CRM driven reviews with segments and enabling them for same 5. Interface with relevant stakeholders for CRM systems 6. Manage CRM data operations through BPO process specialist team for accuracy and correctness 7 . Ensuring compliance on process changes, tools, technologies, applications, products, and initiatives that are rolled out
