Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Ruby Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Pune, working in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby development and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Ruby applications.
Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
