Lead RF Hardware Design Engineer

As a Lead RF Hardware Design Engineer at Astrome Technologies, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of cutting-edge RF hardware for satellite communication systems within our Space Division. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of RF hardware for satellite communication systems - Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams - Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to bring innovative solutions to life - Address complex RF design issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Utilize tools for RF simulation and analysis such as ADS and HFSS - Design, test, and deploy RF systems in space applications - Manage projects effectively to ensure successful outcomes - Utilize PCB design tools like Altium and KiCAD for high-frequency applications - Conduct RF testing using spectrum analyzers and network analyzers Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in RF hardware design, with a focus on space or satellite communications - Proficiency in RF system architecture and design principles - Hands-on experience in designing, testing, and deploying RF systems for space applications - Familiarity with RF testing equipment and methodologies - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams - Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field; Masters degree is a plus - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting technical information to stakeholders Please note that Astrome Technologies offers great career growth opportunities, ESOPs, Gratuity, PF, and Health Insurance for its employees.,
