Job Description

We are looking for a

Lead

React Developer

with 5 8 years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies. Experience working in the

Aerospace or Defence

domain will be a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 15 years of professional experience in
React.js
development
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
, and related web technologies
Experience with
Redux, React Hooks, Context API
, and other modern React features
Familiarity with
RESTful APIs
and integrating frontend components with backend services
Experience in writing unit tests using
Jest, Enzyme
, or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of
responsive design
and cross-browser compatibility
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and
attention to detail
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in
Aerospace or Defence
domain projects
Familiarity with
security and compliance standards
in defense-grade applications
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is a plus
