As a dynamic Lead Python Developer with 10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI). Additionally, you will build and maintain modern, responsive front-end components using React.js, implement real-time features using WebSockets and other event-driven technologies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and mentor and guide junior developers in code reviews and architectural decisions.
