Lead Programmer Analyst

You will be working with Oracle's world-class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing BOT Development (Desktop and Citrix) for processing, exception handling, monitoring, maintenance, and integration - Hands-on experience in UI Path development - Participating in requirement gathering and concluding on technical feasibility - Troubleshooting identified issues - Following proper coding practices related to RPA - Ensuring effective Project Documentation for technical details (PDD and SDD) - Delivering within estimated timelines - Providing quick resolution for technical issues after go-live in the production environment - Keeping up to date with RPA technology to enhance project value - Delivering Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis of proposed automated solutions - Collaborating with operational teams during UAT and rollout - Fixing bugs during test and production environment launches - Maintaining process logs and technical infrastructure - Training BOTs on new functionality and features as required - Integrating RPA workflow with different technologies such as OCR, SQL servers, Citrix environment, and Cloud, etc. - Timely escalation of any issues/risks requiring leadership intervention and resolution Qualifications required for this role: - Hands-on experience in BOT Development, particularly in Desktop and Citrix environments - Proficiency in UI Path development - Strong troubleshooting capabilities - Knowledge of proper coding practices related to RPA - Ability to deliver projects within estimated timelines - Familiarity with different technologies such as OCR, SQL servers, Citrix environment, and Cloud - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with operational teams during UAT and rollout - Proven ability to stay updated with the latest RPA technology trends - Prior experience in delivering Proof of Concepts for automated solutions,
