Job Description

Role & responsibilities
Project Handled Individually handled 60Cr. to 100 Cr. Finishing Materials purchase from India and abroad in a single Project.
Project Handover minimum 50,000 sqft Bungalow Project
Techno-commercial expertise with hard negotiation skill, adequate knowledge of finishing material cost and adequate Vendor list (National and International both)

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate should have the previous experience with HNI Bungalow project.
Co-ordination with site team and prepare the material procurement schedule, ability to provide appropriate suggestion to the Management for correct selection of vendors and assure best price,
Preparation of MIS, Identifying correct Vendors for procuring of the required materials from India and abroad.
Measurement checking and Vendor bill certification.
Any Engineer with B.E. or M Com preferably with Material Management Course .
