Lead Preschool Teacher

You will be responsible for managing classroom behavior and activities, ensuring effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues, and developing creative and interactive learning experiences. Additionally, you will focus on the holistic development of each child and maintain proper class records. As part of your role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, coordinate schedules and staff duties, and ensure the smooth execution of the curriculum. You will also handle parent communication, admissions, and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be confident and humble, fluent in English, and have the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
