Lead Preschool Teacher

Curriculum and Teaching:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans inspired by Finnish pedagogy.
• Integrate play-based and experiential learning activities into daily teaching.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among children.
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress and development.

Classroom Management:

• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Manage day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and routines.

Parental Engagement:

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide insights into the child’s learning journey.

School Community:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of school events, celebrations, and field trips.
• Work closely with the Head of School and other staff to uphold the school’s vision and values.
• Actively participate in fostering a sense of community within the school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
